Shame on The Wall Street Journal for Distorting the Meaning of Due Process and Undermining Women’s Rights

The Wall Street Journal has shamelessly peddled GOP misrepresentations of the Kavanaugh hearing and of the dynamics of investigating sexual assault accusations. Their irresponsible rendering of the concept of the due process can potentially achieve much in undermining women’s willingness to speak up when they suffer sexual abuse, harassment, and assault as well as the likelihood of their receiving fair and humane treatment when they do.
